  • These guys just created an experience for me that I won't soon forget. Short story is that Ford Canada was giving me a bit of grief on a particular repair. I will save you the details, but once I brought it to the attention of the General Manager of the dealership they just took ownership of the problem. Fixed my issue, said they'd deal with Ford, washed my truck and offered to drop it off. All that after one email. 100% guys... Brian in Calgary
