  • While they do a good job on your nails, the front desk customer service is horrible. They are always so busy and if you have an appointment you have to wait to be seen well past your appointment time, if you don't have an appointment they will just ask you to leave and come back later...way later and when you come back you have to wait again. I understand being busy, but the way it's handled made me take my business elsewhere.
