Basically I had a coupon and tried to use it, the manager thought I made the coupon myself. I told her to look at the cameras and I gave her the date and time to look at and it would show her the employee who gave me the coupon. She then told me the policy and procedures on how they do the coupons, like I need to know. It's not the customers fault that your employees did not follow your procedures, so stop treating your customers like we messed up.
