  • Terrible experience here. I purchased a dress back in 2014. Unfortunately we called off our wedding. I went back to see if the store was willing to work with me on getting a refund or exchange the dress. They told me no and to sell the dress online. Of course I can't sell the dress for even half of what I paid for it. I understand this is a business but there was no "I'm sorry that happened". Nothing. They rushed me to take care of the next appointment. Even when I originally purchased my dress I was rushed. I should not have made the purchase. I purchased my prom dress, debutante dress and had plans of purchasing the bridal party's dress and tux's from catans. I will never go back there or recommend business to them!
