  • This has ben about the most frustrating experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. Its been over 2 months trying to get a simple shower door installed. I was told it would be 10 days or so to get the glass in and install the door. That ended up taking almost a month, then they didn't show up for the appointment, finally I got them to come and they installed a damaged door, left the place a mess twice, have taken over a month to get a replacement for the damaged door. Then when they finally came to install my replacement door it didn't fit. They left the place a mess again and no one has called me to let me know what the plan is and wont call me back... promised refunds and have never followed up. I call the office and they tell me they will have the owner or supervisor call me right back with answers and NO ONE including the owner returns calls or follows up on anything. The owner himself has told me twice in emails he would follow up and never has. Communication and follow through with their clients is a real issue with this company. Very disappointed in the service and honesty. I would not recommend their services after my experience!!! Look at all their reviews on this site and the others before making your decision to go with this company. To follow up its been an additional 2 weeks since I finally was able to get Frameless Glass to bring out my replacement door just to find out it didn't fit. I was told I would have a new door within 2 days however no one will call me back. I call the office and am told someone will call me to set up yet another (4th) install, but no one ever does. The lady in the office flat out lies about things and never follows through. She has told me they would come out, people would call me back, they would give me a refund, none of it ever happens. The owner promised in several emails to call me and never did. I finally heard back last Thursday and she again said it would be in tomorrow and she would call Friday morning with and install date and never did. I call and just get an answering machine. Stay away from this company. I have had to file a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB in hopes of getting enough money back to replace the broken door through another glass company.
