  • Today I visited Pearle for my yearly exam. I love Pearle Dr Paul and the staff however today was on the opposite side of the spectrum. Apparently they are under new ownership and there was a women by the name of Marie there who was supposedly training the current staff. Hardly! I felt horrified for these poor people. This person was not only completely unprofessional; she had no business training anyone. Several people stood in line and staff that dared ask a question she would tell them they needed to wait while taking personal calls on her cell phone. Sorry Pearle...I truly adored my visits but I wont be returning and I hope that this Marie person is not the standard of the new ownership.
