  • With all my respect, I want to clear my previous comment. I had a misunderstanding 4 months ago, was over charged - $ 50.00 on my bill. After talking to the owner Ralph C&R Tire, he reviewed my invoice, somehow the charge was overseen, which I understand the shop looks very busy . Then the Owner offered a friendly solution to refunded. Instead I decided to have oil change again on my Lexus, every thing went well, Chris the manager & crew took care of my car with a complete inspection, what ever was necessary they work on it, my tires were low they adjusted, oil change, etc and replaced air and oil filter, all at NO CHARGE.This met more than my expectations, received fast and great attention, I'm very pleased of their guaranty. As a female is nice to drive away assure my car was well inspected by professionals, felt good that car had no problems... I'll recommend. Thanks, Ralph and Chris....
