  • The cookies are good. However delivery is terrible. I don't blame the staff at all, it seems they were doing their best, but management should have really done a better job. I placed an order at 11:40 and the estimated arrival time was 20-35 minutes. I wanted to be in bed by 1:00. It is now 2:15 AM and I am still up waiting for an order. That is 7 times their almost minimum estimated delivery time and more than 4 times their maximum estimate. The tracker said out for delivery for the past 30 minutes, but when I call the store they said they are waiting for the driver to come back to send it out. This store really needs to figure out how to meet demand, update the delivery estimate, and not take orders when they are already severely backed up. Order hours before you actually want them or buy in store.
