  • We went here to try out the new Alamo location tonight. We ordered 2 entree items, cookies, and an alcoholic beverage. They NEVER brought any of our food items, all we got was water. The lady who took our order came by towards the end of the movie and asked if we had ordered anything. I said yes and told her what we ordered, she said "I thought you just ordered water?" She then left in a hurry and did not come back until the movie was over to collect reciepts. She didn't even apologize to us. We purposely went to this dine-in theater so we could eat dinner and watch a movie, otherwise we could have just gone to any theatre. This theater is horribly unorganized and I get the feeling that no one knows what they are doing.
