  • I have personally used Chang's Discount Auto Repair a couple times and was more than satisfied with the quality and speed and COST of the repairs I needed. This past weekend I recommended Chang's to a friend who was having emergency A/C problems in their Kia van here in Las Vegas in MID-SUMMER - and Las Vegas mid-summers are brutal, on vehicles and on us when our A/C is out! Chang diagnosed the problem as a burned out fan control module, ordered the part and then personally made a run to get the part and get my friends back on the road. This is NOT a cheap, fly-by-night repair shop - Chang and his team of repairmen really know their 'stuff' and here was the perfect opportunity to really 'gouge' a desperate customer and yet the charge was substantially below what the local dealership was going to charge and we got lucky to have one day service. OK, the bottom line is that Mr. Chang You is HONEST and FAST and HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE and HONEST!!!! Did you notice that amazing word HONEST - a very rare commodity in mechanics these days!
