I have been going to this Optical Expressions location for almost 20 years and lately the customer service has taken a turn for the worse. Front desk staff are condescending and appear to be too busy to assist patients. I recently stopped in to reorder contacts and was told that my prescription was out of date. Rather than trying to make an appointment for my eye exam to renew my prescription the front office staff abruptly told me that they could not help me and would have to talk to the doctor who was not available. After failing to receive the phone call I was promised with information from the doctor I called the office to follow-up and was told once again that I could not be helped. Dr. Shapiro's leadership is definitely missed and our family will be taking our business elsewhere.
