  • Uh.... wow. Phat Phrank is a genius. We dropped in to grab a quick lunch off the strip. I am so excited to go back I can't handle it. Phrank was manning the register and I had no idea what to order. I asked him for his top two recommendations. There are some articles on the wall next to the counter and they each had 1 dish pictured. I went with the Adobada Torta. It took a few minutes to make and was totally worth it. The sandwich explodes with flavor. I have no clue what marinade is used but it is mind blowing. The bread was toasted perfectly and it help back the fresh cut lettuce and cilantro beautifully. My mouth is watering thinking about that sandwich. If he was open on Sunday's I would be there right now. You rock Phrank!
