  • Tried to order a top online--their system had technical difficulties so I phoned customer service # to get help. Got the store manager who told me there was nothing she could do help me because the online store is different. Why they would use the same # is beyond reason. Manager would not put the top on hold for me while their online store was trying to sort out problem--can you believe it?!?! Talk about bad customer service. After badgering her, she finally agreed to hold the top for 2 hours--even though she knew the problem was on their end and they needed to fix it!!! Nice!!! But it gets worse, . . they are finally able to process my order. It arrived about 10 days later after paying $15 for shipping--yes $15 and it still took 10 days!! I opened the box and the top was damaged!! I took pictures and emailed/called right away to let them know. NO RESPONSE!!! The person who handled my order said they couldn't make any decisions about a refund and their store policy was that sale items were NON RETURNABLE. When I stated the product was damaged before they sent it to me, I was simply told, the online store manager would need to make this decision and she was travelling out of country currently so don't expect to hear anything until the following week. Thankfully I did get an email back from the manager and she said a full refund was no problem because of their admittedly bad quality control. But hen trying to coordinate a pick up to return the top--I had to phone the clerk at their store back several times to basically coordinate it myself!! After waiting 3 weeks and seeing no refund, I phoned again to ask what was happening--talk about poor communication and total lack of customer service. Now I"m told, only the online store manager could process my refund--and once again, she was travelling. Unbelievable!!! What kind of store does this??!??!! I finally got my refund but I'll never shop here again nor would I refer the store to any of my friends. Bad experience all around.
