  • I bought a chair from Home Goods and I knew it would not fit into my SUV. I called Joel at FavorCo. Joel said he was making another delivery and could pick up my chair in about 2 hrs. I sent him the info he wanted on the chair including a picture. I went home to wait for my chair to get delivered. Joel kepts me informed as to when I could expect him. Once he picked up my chair he called and told me the chair had a couple of little defects and sent me pictures. Before he leaves the store he said he will have them check the damage. Joel called me back and told me the store would give me a price adjustment. I agreed and he brought the chair to my home. When he got to my house he brought the chair in and put the chair just where I wanted. I could not see any damage but Joel saw it on the bottom where I could not see. I will always use FavorCo and what they charge is very reasonable.
