Maybe it's just bad luck, bad timing or maybe it's because I'm not a regular patient at this office, but things did seem to go down hill after I said that I was not. All I needed was my X-rays that I had went to this office for because my dentist referred me to get a 3D x-ray for dental work that I needed done. After going through the 20 questions, she told me that "these type" of x-rays cannot be emailed or faxed but needed to be on a removable media format ie: disk or usb drive. I asked her if I needed to bring one for them or if they provided one. She then started rambling on that their burner wasn't working and then that their whole system was down and that they couldn't even take x-rays. Seems very odd to me that a dentist office could even function without access to x-rays. She told me to ask my current dentist for a copy because they sent it to them already. I guess it's only one per customer when it comes to x-rays, so make sure you get a copy before you leave the office or you may have a hard time getting them in the future.
