  • Manager was.obnoxious! Horrible customer service! I'll never go there again! She wouldn't.give me information about the regional manager or owner so that I could tell them about my experience with her. She told me I couldn't go this location anymore basically because I wanted her supervisor's name and number. That is just shady and obnoxious! There needs to be accountability and there is none with this manager and the owner will never know or doesn't want to know how customers feel. Very unpleasant experience. It was incredible that she was rude to me and that she banned me from coming to that location because I wanted to speak to her supervisor. Who does that? Somebody who doesn't have any power in this life and so they have to do stuff like this as a "manager."
