  • I hate writing bad reviews but this place is very disorganized and I feel that maybe this place needs to retrain their employees or come up with a better system. I dont want to put any blame on the people that work here because it could be a lack of a better process. But Im not sure. We came here late last night and ordered 3 coffees. One large iced. One hot medium. One hot large. The girl took our order and repeated back to us. We paid and we waited. We didnt order anything that was crazy, just drinks straight from the menu. We were there waiting for about 15-20 minutes total. They werent busy it seemed because there wasnt anyone else in the parking lot and only one other person in the drive through on the other side. They messed up pretty badly, we reaped the reward though. We basically received two drinks for free. I got a duplicate of my order, the large iced coffee. And we received a additional small coffee. There was a guy working there seemed to be really confused by what we ordered. Even though he repeated it back to us...again..10 minutes after we paid the girl. We came here because our regular spots were closed at the time. But I dont think we'll be returning any time soon. Which I feel bad about. We enjoy supporting small businesses. And we were excited to find a 24 hour coffee place that we can grab and go. Maybe theyre still trying to get the hang of things.
