Polished was the best place in town for quite a while. Originally it was one storefront. Small and very customer focused. The receptionists (Suzanna? Brianna? Don't quote me.. were fabulous!) very wonderful ladies! Once the shop expanded to two and then three times the original size the service declined steadily.
Suzanna became a nail tech herself and that's when the attention to detail started to suffer. The place became more interested in volume rather than quality. The techs started to turnover quickly and the overall ambiance of the place worsened.
My last few times there they could care less. The shop is dirty, techs don't say a word and the receptionist (owner's son?) stares blankly at me when I say the quality of service has declined. Finally last time I just flatly said I won't be back. It's a shame.
