| - Coming to this place is always slightly disappointing. They probably don't have what you need even if you call and have them check their inventory, IE me calling about a keyboard they supposedly had 2 of. It is a shame they hardly have any legitimate competition in the valley, that is what allows them to continue their mediocre customer service and god-awful up-keep of their store.
I entered today willing to spend damn near $200 on a new keyboard and mouse to replace both of my crappy wireless ones. I encountered horribly stocked shelves, terrible organization and a completely lazy employ who was obviously unhappy that I even bothered asking for help. After finding the one I wanted, I asked him to help me locate it. He told me there were 2 available, both currently being used as demos. I was growing impatient and said I would just purchase one of those and he said that was fine. Then he declared that he didn't know where they were and I should just pick another. Okayyyy, so I picked up a cheap one just to get out of their with, figuring I would buy a better one on cyber monday. After bringing it to him, he remarked that it was in fact $69, not $15 like the tag remarked.
I then put back my $89 mouse, my $15 worth of compressed air, my $40 worth of cables and left. Unacceptable.
Then need to keep their shelves better stocked and their items more organized. When I initially built my computer I ended up getting my third choice for graphics cards considering both my first and second were sold out.
