  • Disappointed to say the least! I had heard good things, but they were NOT true. I went there for drinks and dinner, but the service was attrocious from the moment we walked in to the restaurant. We went to the bar first since it was still "happy hour", and placed a drink order. We weren't told that only "certain" drinks are available for the happy hour pricing. We then tried to order some appetizers and received no service. When we asked the manager about the happy hour pricing, she referred us to a little menu and said that's the way it is. She was not very friendly. We then moved to the restaurant section to order dinner. Our waiter was pleasant enough, but then our food didn't arrive for more than 20 minutes. When we inquired with the manager, she looked at us as if she didn't believe us. What happened to the saying, "the customer is always right"? Finally, our food arrived and it was COLD! The waiter finally came over, but we were all so hungry we ate it anyway. It seems as if our food had been sitting and waiting to be delivered. That is a BIG problem. We then spoke to the chef who really didn't care either. The service stinks, which is unfortunate since the food tasted good despite being cold. After sharing our dismay, we were treated worse not better. Not one person offered to make it "right". We will NEVER go back there.
