  • I will preface by saying we could not come together on price. I am still hoping he will pull a rabbit out of his butt and make it happen. Anyway, I can speak to customer service . Tom listens, pays attention to everything going on at his store and Keisha backs him up on this. They are wonderful souls that I had hoped I could do business with . Price was an issue as I had set a firm budget. I can say these folks are not cheap. But, I HONESTLY believe you will be rewarded if you can afford their price. I wanted their business so bad. 4AM and I am writing this because it broke my heart we could not meet in the middle on money where he makes money and I get a super deal in m y eyes. God bless these fine folks. Sadly, I will get my work done from someone else but, still drives me crazy. Just feel these are the folks I want working on my house. CHANGE YOUR MIND TOM ! Give them a chance. Caring and knowledgeable. God bless them all and best of luck . They will treat you right. Love you guys. My fingers are still crossed holding out hope. I will probably check you guys out again and some point ! THANK YOU
