  • Our apartment gave us a free carpet cleaning for renewing our lease, and it was through Cricket. Setting up an appointment was easy. I called and we agreed on 9 am that morning. He let me know that it would be anywhere between 9-12. On the day of, I hadn't heard anything and it was already 8:45. I called and asked if I had time to grab breakfast before then. He said he could come in an hour. An hour passed and still no call. Unlike previous reviewers, he did not call and give me any sort of notice on when he would arrive. When I called again thirty minutes after the agreed upon hour he told me he was pulling up. When I opened the door to let him in he walked right in without saying anything and went back out to get his supplies. It took him five minutes to clean the carpet and he left without saying much other than "you're good to go" and "the tile floors will be slippery". I'm glad this was covered by the apartment. If I am ever in the need of paid carpet cleaning in the future, I will not use this company.
