  • Let me first start of by saying I love wetzel pretzel and had no problem with this location up until this evening, when Madeson took our order. She had an outrageous amount of attitude! I asked if they had any deals like buy one get one, she smirked and said they had a buy two get one. Yes, I asked a high maintenance question if we could get fresh ones. She said it'll take a couple of minutes, no more then 5. That was fair so we waited. She took the next order before she even told the guy making the pretzels to put fresh ones in the oven. He seemed lost and never put them in. He needed a lot of help too. She was giving us dirty looks and finally put them in the oven herself since he wasn't. I was waiting at the counter by this time to say never mind we will just take whatever they had made already because we needed to get somewhere and it's already been close to 5 minutes. She rolled her eyes and asked said "what do you want". She aggressively shoved the pretzel sticks into a bag and literally repetitively slammed the salt shaker on the bag of them. We were honestly appalled by the way she handled herself when we do nothing to deserve her treatment. From the second she took our order to when we left she had no sense of customer service. Management- Please work with your employees to provide great customer service and an environment that makes customers want to come back to. I hope that this is a wake up call to this girl and that she will turn her attitude around and be grateful for her job.
