  • So I'm actually not a fan of Italian Ice. But if I were, this is where I'd come. Because who else has Ice that's flavored like peanut butter or marshmallows?! Pretty cool. But I am a huge fan of frozen custard. Thank goodness this place is close by. A few weeks ago I visited and got myself a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and it was extremely satisfying. The guy working was very friendly and helpful. He asked how thick/thin I wanted it - that's determined by the amount of milk that he adds. I said super thick. He also offered to put a dallop of peanut butter on top - yes, please. This shake was so thick I could barely get it up through the straw. But that was totally fine. The flavor was so rich and wonderful! It was exactly what the doctor ordered. I will warn you that these shakes only come in one size - somewhere between a medium and large. The night I picked this up I'd already had dinner and dessert number one. So I must confess that I couldn't finish the whole thing. That's ok - I put it in my freezer for another night!
