  • I have a home warranty of which Aire Serv has been dispatched on more than one occasion to our rental and primary properties over the years. They were just recently at our primary residence to replace fuses and run capacitors on one of our A/C units. These guys are really knowledgeable and solid. If you like dealing with 'normal' and just good people, then I would highly recommend them. At our one property, the owner, Bill, came out and was completely hands on and totally flexible in working with us on some costs that were not covered by the home warranty. For me, it's about trust and customer service. From their receptionist to their owner and the actual guys that do the work, an all around repeatable positive experience. Great job Aire Serv!
