First let me start out by saying that this review is strictly based on the service received this past week. Here's the thing I really wanted to like this place because of the location being so close to home. The story is I called in last Thursday evening around 6:00 PM to make an appointment for my cousin who was visiting from Nashville. She needed a simple pedicure and couldn't get one prior to getting to Las Vegas so this was a super spur of the moment kind of thing. I spoke with a girl who clearly didn't know what she was doing because when I asked her do they accept walk-ins she hesitantly says "we take walk ins" but then said "oh but we need appointments" confused much? Which one is it darling? Finally she says we can squeeze your cousin in if you come in within the hour we have somebody available .. got there in 15 minutes to only walk in an just be looked at crazy and asked if we had an appointment? huh?? I said I just talked to you on the phone and you said that walk-in's were welcome.. Somehow they tried to say they were booked.. I referenced this phone call placed 15 minutes ago which is when it was stated no appointment was necessary.. THEN one of the girls says hang on we can squeeze my cousin in.. Meanwhile my cousin was inquiring about a prices and if they had a sheet of paper or brochure that listed everything. Another question that obviously stumped this poor girl.. Just clueless as EVER she stumbled through prices off her head about lashes and ends up being corrected by another girl with glasses who sat on the computer next to her.. Girl why they got you working the phones and in the front? We were told that the sheet that listed prices wasn't available because somebody broke it? Umm okay so y'all don't have take aways? After standing there for maybe 10 minutes looking crazy My cousin and I were irritated as ever! So much that we just walked out because it was a complete train wreck and we didn't even get as far as getting seated for the actual request! They acted like they didn't need our coins.. so we went elsewhere.. how do you have people at the front answering phones that aren't well knowledgeable about the prices of your business's specific services?
