  • I bought a garmin 210 with heart monitor strap 4 months ago, from your store, heart monitor stops working, I go to your store willing to purchase a new one, after reading I am not alone. Before I go, a little online price check, MEC has them 14 dollars cheaper, no brainer, should be an easy price match? I show the girl, online at the the regular price. Nope told they must phone to confirm price and stock before they can do this.. It's on line in stock in Edmonton , store is closed at 7 it's 730. She say no way,, I said look at my profile, I have spent hundreds of dollars there in the last year, it's 16 dollars. She calls the manager he says No. Guess what, never coming back, and ditching all my cloths that advertise running room. Hats gloves shirts pants jackets, water bottles, and I will let everyone I know what kind of customer service you have. Thanks for letting me down over a easy fix. MEC will now get all our family's business.
