She had the attitude like it was a burden to measure me. Had the attitude of not wanting to do shoulder work like it was a hassle. She committed to doing a single shirt in 12 days. Because of the negative vibes I had during my first customer service experience with her, I had a feeling there could be an issue with her delivery. I called to ask if my shirt was ready on day 8, it hadn't been touched and and she let it wouldn't be ready by the deadline because she was not going to be in the shop. I'm also leaving which is why the original deadline was important. I had 10+ other shirts with me and I didn't give them to her demeanor on how she measured the first one. Best part of the experience was I didn't waste the time to have her do all of my shirts. I even spoke my basic Korean to break the ice.
