Bought a 2013 Outback and while the sales process was great working with Mike the after service has been terrible. The car had a scratch and we were told it would be repaired and we just had to set up the appointment for the scratch. It took forever to get this done and yes it was fixed, but I brought the car back Nov 2014 due to the airbag light and passenger light and beeping continually going off while driving even with no passenger. I pretty much felt brushed off and told it was going off because my seat was wet... It had been beeping for over a week before I brought it in and now a few weeks later it's still beeping. Since the car is still under warranty it seems they don't want to do anything... The seat can't possibly be wet still and There have been no spills or snow in the car and no open windows. I asked the advisor what make my airbag was bc I was curious and he told me there's no way for him to know. The employees who worked here seemed most interested in eating popcorn from the machine in the guest lobby and the children's room is lame... Crayons no paper, a not working kids activitiy table and a toy garage ramp with no cars so some kid out the crayons in it... Awesome. Will never ever buy or have a car serviced here again.
