I've received massages here from two different masseuses. My first massage was here. I think that Eva is great and knows her stuff. She was honest with me about how much time I needed for my appointments, she didn't exaggerate so that I could be charged more. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes if anything for a massage here, the schedule seems very organized, no overbooking.
My issue is the location. It is located in the basement of a building (where there is a number of other offices). There also seems to be a small gym room right beside the massage waiting area. Sometimes you see people working out or being trained when you're waiting/walking by as it is a glass wall and there is sometimes music is blasting. This just isn't the right environment when you are about to go into a massage. The noise and neighbouring businesses are disruptive.
They have a lot of receptionists which is great because it can be very busy at times, sometimes there is even a line up. The receptionists for the massage services seem professional and competent.
Beverages are available while you wait.
It is very close to the Yonge or Sherbourne subway stations and is right downtown so that is very convenient.
