  • Ed did an extremely thorough and honest inspection of the house. Very detailed report including high quality pictures with comments for each as well as recommended repairs and notes on how repairs should be done. Careful inspection of major problem areas such as mold/termites, structure of foundation, cement work, areas where water might be a problem, gas leaks, plumbing issues, etc. High quality drone video of entire house including interior and exterior capable of viewing roof and surrounding yards that may otherwise not be accessible. High quality instruments used to detect moisture, gas leaks, etc and a method of reporting where you get the report on the spot. Bottom line, Ed is on your side and if there is a problem, he will find it! Highly recommend. Also, background in medical field and an expert on environmental health concerns. Provided sources of information and recommended specialists he trusts. During the most important financial decision of your life, you want someone like Ed to put you at ease or warn you of major hazards/costs that need addressed.
