  • Horrible customer service. If your main focus is chicken you would think chicken would be available. Was told the car in front of me had a 5 minute wait BEFORE I even received a greeting. Placed my order then was told it would be 15 minutes because there were no wings. On top of the 5 minute wait for the car ahead of me.... Seriously? It can't be that difficult...
