  • A year and two months since my initial contact and service from April Air, our air conditioner went out again. We called immediately to have a tech come out to take a look at it and they were able to get service tech Scott out to us just a few hours after we called. After looking it over, he apologetically informed us that there was nothing that could be done - after 16 years of faithful service, our AC was finally dead for good. We purchased a new AC unit from April Air and they (thankfully & awesomely) arranged to have it installed the very next day, which saved us from having to inconvenience family by staying at their house for any more than one night. The crew showed up exactly on time the next morning and worked almost non-stop in the hot summer sun for two hours getting our old AC removed and our new AC installed. Just the same as my first review, our contact and experience with the company from our initial phone call all the way to the cold air pouring out of the vents was second to none. The wife and I cannot thank or recommend them enough. Despite Cesar S.'s claims, I am no relation or acquaintance to anyone at April Air, just a long-time Arizonan who values his AC like gold!
