  • 5 star service! I was actually dreading coming in here because every time we upgrade or change anything on our plans, it means more money. Not to mention, our prior experiences at other stores included long wait times. But this time we were pleasantly surprised; we were greeted immediately and helped promptly (on a Saturday afternoon, mind you). Elaina got us on to a cheaper plan, gave me a discount through my work (which I didn't know I was eligible for) and...somehow... with an upgraded phone, our monthly bill is now $40 cheaper per month. Oh, Happy Day!
