  • Pleasant surprise: renewing a driver's license took only 10 minutes plus a 30-minute wait at 4:00 pm on a weekday. (And 5 minutes of that may be my fault for having a convo with an employee on the merits of soft-cooked chicken.) But the staff here are completely on top of their game and work with a good attitude through unchanging tasks. This office is clean, organized, and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Be ready with your required documents and you should have no trouble breezing through. The AC was nice and cool on a hot August day and parking, though tight, was quite available too. They call numbers with enough regularity that you can duck-out to window-shop or stroll about. This location does not bear the negative stereotypes of a DMV, with irritable customers, cranky staff, and shabby interior. Quite the opposite, in fact. My advice is that everyone DOUBLE-CHECK the information printed on their licenses before walking out because after all, to err is human.
