  • I've been going to My Favourite Ice Cream Shoppe for well over 8 years and never once had a horrible outcome. Sure during the high seasons when the sun is blistering hot the place is a mad house. You'd expect to wait in a long line-up and survive loud, rowdy children and teenagers making out in front of you. But the wait is always worth it. I usually order a double scoop... that's equvialant to 4 scoops and a litre to take with me (to survive the summer heat and avoid coming back to long waits). The litre usually survives a week... I blame the Ice Cream for being addictive and delicious... curse you Mint Chocolate Chip. About the debit transaction, keep in mind this is a Mom & Pop's joint and thrives on seasonal success. Every time you make a debit transaction it cost the place alot of mullah. So to avoid the burden- grab cash instead. Simple as that!
