Where do I start? The great food? great atmosphere? or the awesome staff? Wow what a great restaurant. I was greeted by both of the owners, a husband and wife team that really want you to feel at home yet still be in a very special atmosphere they have created with class and restraint,
The wait staff was attentive with a flair of whimsical personality splashed were appropriate. (you have to coax them a little!)
The mood was set by a guitarist/soloist that reminded me of Carlos Santana unplugged. My beer and cheese fondue with homemade warm pretzels is to die for...only to be topped by the best salmon i have ever eaten...pecan encrusted salmo finished with an orange gastrique sauce on a bed of al dente asparagus nestled into a warm pillow of green chili mashed potatoes which are addicting.
OK I'll stop...but you have to go here...the menu is deep, well thought out and expertly executed. You will not be disappointed but rather quietly impressed and satisfied...head, heart and tummy!
