  • I called to schedule an estimate for a glass door replacement. The person who answered initially was courteous enough, and set up an appointment for the next day. The company never showed up to my house, and when I called about it they told me the tech had already been there. After that, no one answered, and I only got voicemail. Not awesome when you've got a broken door at your house!!
