I'm at the Tempe Improv right now as I write this. I bought the "VIP" package to meet Jo Koy. I walked to the Improv at about 5 :00 pm and the door was open. I asked the short, chubby blonde girl at the podium " Are you open for seating now for the show?" She had no clue and said let me check. Ok....apparently, she had no clue what time the doors even opened. She said "I think we open at 6pm for the 7pm show. I let it go, went next door to the Copper Blues, and totally enjoyed the staff!! Went back to the Tempe Improv (my FIRST time there by the way), and checked in for the show. The SAME girl had no clue that I had VIP status and was "trying to find a seat for one". I told her I was "VIP" and got special seating AND a wrist band to meet the comedian afterwards . Long story short, I complained to management about the lack of knowledge and customer service and HE had the nerve to say to me "I don't understand why you're so angry over this!" It's callled " customer service" you idiot!! Was defensive and blamed ME for complaining!!! Never freaking again!!!
