I have had marginal to pretty bad experiences in the past with hair coloring. When I purchase products here, 90% of their front desk staff is polite/friendly and the other 10% looks like space cadets who don't pay attention to customers b/c they're walking aimlessly or staring around. The real kicker is that, even though they post their 24 cancellation online, I called the morning of my appointment, as soon as they opened, and told them I was having vision problems and nausea due to a headache. The girl could hear I was ill. I still got charged over $100 for my appointment. I'm a professional in the community and I give all of my clients one no-show for free and then, when they do it again, a flat charge of $75. Ridiculous.
