  • We have been extremely disappointed with our solar experience with Sunsolar/Sunrun. In March of 2017 we bought a 20 year lease for $377 monthly for 20 years. We were promised large solar production as we have 72 solar panels on 2 houses. We were promised APS electric bills of $25 or close. We were promised that Sunrun would pay the difference if it wasn't $25 a month. WOW! not one bill has been less than $250 and the last have been more. We were lied to by our salesmen and have not received service to remedy any faults creating such large APS bills. Please do your homework and get many quotes before you commit to $90,000 + in lease payments over 20 years. I would give Sunrun and sunsolar very poor ratings based on our limited experience.
