  • I've been frequenting fresh n easy since in moved to Vegas over 5 years ago. Like someone commented below- it's slipping!!! I dislike this location particularly It's not fresh and it's not easy. Exhibit a) ROTTEN FOOD I went back this evening to return frozen green peas I just bought 2 days ago. Thank goodness I cut open the bag... When I saw the peas more than 50% of the bag was rotten! Yuck!!! I returned it and rather than show any kind of concern... Like hey, Maybe all the other bags that are STILL in the freezer are probably rotten too. She acted more like I needed the $1.52 back. And even made a comment " you can do whateverrrr you want with your dollar and 52 cents" oh cool... Thanks for letting me know that. Great customer service! I'm glad you're concerned about the food you sell. While no, I don't like to throw my money away, I returned the peas more to point out the fact that they're selling concealed, rotten food and don't know it!!! The bags are not see through and recommend steaming them in the microwave prior to opening. I guarantee people are eating them. She took the bag and chucked it. Nothing was done about it. I feel like what the store has done a complete 180. Everything as 2-3 times more expensive than it used to be, and obviously they've made a shit ton of money because they love remodeling over and over again. It's like they don't know what to do with it! They used to mail out $5 and $10 coupons... It used to feel like they actually were Fresh and Easy. Now, they're unrecognizable! They're adding a sit down restaurant themed element now.. What? Here's a tip: if it's not broken, don't try to fix it. The model worked, that's why everyone loved it. Keep it simple. Congrats to the new owner for all the glowing *cough I mean crappy reviews as of late. It'll take another 180 and many coupons to get my loyalty back!!
