  • I dislike the staff at this store. they are rude and not helpful. i called the store to ask them if i could exchange or get store credit for shoes i bought 3 weeks ago that my son had wore a few times and explained the velcro broke. they said come in. i came in and when i got there they said oh they have been worn we can do anything. so i wasted my time and my money to learn that the 30.00 star wars shoes i bought that ... that because they were worn in the last 3 weeks they cant do anything about it. its a flaw in their shoes... and when asked what i could do they told me to call quality control... seriously... what a pain. how about you help me with the 30.00 i spent on shoes we wore 3 weeks and can no longer wear. never again will i shop there they were rude and their return system sucks.
