Okay...update. So...we hired this company in March because they were referred to us during our home inspection. They came in upon closing to spray when we had carpet removed as well as performed a whole house spraying. We thought they were doing a great job. Month two they show up. Month three (Memorial Day) was their scheduled day to come. They apparently tried but could not get into the gate on a holiday. Who works on the holiday? They sent a text confirming to me they would be there on the holiday. They didn't show and no call/text that they would be rescheduling. We called them to see if they came and they shared the story about not getting in and that they would call back to reschedule. Nothing. Waited 4 days and called them back. Person on the phone tells me they are now having "computer problems" and on the phone with tech support...they will call me back. Nothing. So, I called them back today to cancel my service. What are they getting from me....nothing. Even if your not able to perform what you say you will perform....at least have the courtesy to call and let your customer know.
