  • I made a return visit to Rainhard yesterday as the Brewery was the 1st stop on a Brewpub Crawl Event I was attending. I arrived shortly before 4 pm and it was possibly more barren of customers than I've ever seen it which was nice for a change - usually when I visit this Brewery its part of a special Event, i.e. a Beer Fest. with other Breweries in their parking lot. I ordered a glass (12 oz) of their Armed N' Citra, their North American Style Pale Ale, clean and crisp with distinct flavours of melon, grapefruit and soft pine. I then tired a 5 oz sample of their Daywalker. I quite liked and enjoyed both beers. There were a total of 4 beers on offer when I was there; as the venue was the 1st stop on a Brewpub Crawl I wanted to pace myself so didn't have anything else but I have a feeling I'll be back once again before long.
