  • I think I am starting to understand why it is that Postal Employees go "postal!" Working here would make me want to start shooting up the place too! The simple reason that the USPS is failing over all is due to the lack of customer service. Nothing should take this long, nor should patrons be subjected to the interesting summer stenches of the local crystal meth tweekers as we wait on line like this was the former Soviet Republic to send our packages. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the USPS is going under because they fell behind the curve in customer service, offering a useful service, and being able to adapt to changing and new technology. I for one won't shed a tear when the USPS goes under in ten years.
