  • Machines not wiped down and sweat dripping on them. Staff is not very helpful. You get a total run around if you have to cancel your membership. I canceled mine and my daughter moved to Boston and canceled hers and I was still billed for both months later. Same thing happened to my friend and her daughter. She told me to cancel my credit card and call the finance company myself to ensure that my account is actually canceled. I did and they were very helpful. I also called my credit card company and they put the last 3 months in dispute for me. Also do not use the trainers they have. They are not certified and miss appointments. Lesson learned cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for and it isn't much. Lake Norman residents expect more than this.
