  • Okay first -- if you've been attempting to search for pricing and details for their widely publicized "Drop 20 in 6 week" challenge and have come to find neither is listed on their website, refer back to my previous review for the lowdown. This updated review is SOLELY for their gym membership, NOT the challenge which has extortionately been increased. Like bank robbery style increased, but I digress. (FYI, it's $399) If you're just looking for a monthly gym membership without a contract, it's $197. If you commit to a 6-month contract, you get a slight discount at $150. With the contract option, you can also deepen your savings further with their military/student discount, dropping it down to $125, which is decent. You attend the same classes as the people in the challenge. Workouts last about 45 minutes and are available throughout the day to fit your schedule, except Sundays. Sometimes it'll be leg day, other times, full-body workout, etc. It's bootcamp, so you're only at the stations for a couple minutes, making time go faster... unless you're doing a plank hold or squatting. Those always feel like an eternity. Trainers are tops! Dylan is still the best. He makes an effort to get to know you and when he thinks you can handle a challenge, he'll encourage you to push yourself further. His workouts are a good balance -- motivating, but not too tough. He leaves time at the end for stretches and cool down. The best part is that ALL the trainers will give you modifications for each exercise, like if you've got a bad knee or something. And they all fix your form, which is helpful! Also, Alicia at the front desk is so friendly and approachable. She makes it a point to ask how you're doing when you swipe in. The other front desk girl, not so much. Overall, the gym's kept clean and sweat is kept at bay by the mandatory towel rule. I've been to a similar bootcamp gym and it simply does not compare to the trainers and workouts at Raw. This is why I bumped up my review back to 4 stars.
