rev:text	So far, my experience here has been a mess. The hotel itself looks great - we even got a real good deal. But we are frozen and shaking and the heat isn't working in mine and my friends' rooms. We called front desk an hour ago for assistance & were told a maintenance guy would come up.. No one showed. We called back and someone came up to drop us off blankets. We asked where the maintenance guy was and he said he had already left for the night.. Can't wait to never come back here.
