  • I put in an order almost a week prior to Mother's Day. I get a call from them on the morning of Mother's day telling me they sold out of what I ordered.....how??? You ran out of something I paid for a week ago? They only gave me one option to substitute it with and when I said I would look on their site so I could see what they're sending, they told me their website was down....so it was either nothing or send whatever they were offering. I was not very happy with their substitute, it looked like a bunch of IVY in a planter.
